 Schezwan Manchurian 


Ingredients:


Greated cabbage               2 cup

Ginger garlic paste            1 t. Spoon

Salt                                      As per taste

Garam masala powder      1 t. Spoon

Corn flour                            3 t. Spoon

Maida                                   3 t spoon

Oil                                          For frying and gravy

Chopped garlic                    8,9 cloves

Green chillis                         2,3 piece

Dry red chilli                         2 piece

Onion                                    1 small chopped

Capcicum                             1 small chopped

Chilli sauce                           1 t. Spoon

Soya sauce                           1 t. Spoon

Tomato sauce                      1 t. Spoon

Schezvan chutney                2 t. Spoon

Corn flour slary                     1 t. Spoon

Green onion                           For garnishing




Method:


First take a bowl and add greated cabbage , salt, ginger garlic paste and garam masala, mix it well  , now add corn flour and maida and make a Dough , now make a ball shape of all the dough, and dip fry in oil for midum flame about 8,10 min. And frying till it's color turned to golen brown, now for gravy, take a woak or pan and add oil, once oil is heated, then add chopped garlic, green chili and dry red chilli, saute it then add chopped onions and capcicum, saute it 1,2 min., now add red chilli sauce, soya sauce , tomato sauce and sechzvan sauce and cook it on high flame now add corn flour slary and cook it, now add balls and mix in the gravy, turn off the flame and add green onion, now it's ready to serve hot.
