Egg Sizzler

 Ingredients:


For Sauce:

Butter                2 t. Spoon

Plain flour        2 t. Spoon

Milk                   1/2 cup

Cheese               50gm.

Salt                     As per taste

Mix sizzning    1/2 t. Spoon


For Rice:

Oil                               2t.spoon

Garlic                         2 t. Spoon

Boild rice                   1cup

Capcicum                  1 medium

Onion                         1 medium

French beans           1/2 cup

Green chilli paste     1t.spoon

Salt                              As per taste

Mix sizzning             1 t spoon


For vegetables:

Butter              2 t. Spoon

Onion               1 medium

Carrots             1,2 piece

Beans                8,9 piece

Capcicum         1 medium

Mashroom       1 cup

Salt                    As per taste

Mix sizzning   1 t. Spoon

Method:

For sauce

First take pen add butter, once butter is melted then add plain flour, saute it now add milk, and mix all together until its get in liquid form, now add Cheese, salt and mix sizzning, turn of the flame, sauce is ready. 

For rice

Take pan add oil, add chopped garlic now add onions and saute it, now add capcicum, French beans, mix all together, now add green chili paste, salt and mix sizzning, now add boile rice and mix all together, now turn off the flame, rice is ready. 

For vegetables

Take pan add butter now all the vegetables saute it with salt and mix sizzning, now vegetables are ready. 


For sizzning:

First add rice, now assemble vegetables with boild egg, now spread sauce around them, lastle egg half fry, and served it hot.
