Pesto Paneer Tikka

 Ingredients


Paneer                          100gm

Onion                            1 medium

Tomato                         1 medium

Capcicum                     1 medium

Butter                            1 t. Spoon

Basil leaves                 1/2 cup

Cashewnuts                8,9 pieces

Garlic                            8,9 cloves

Salt                                as per taste

Cream                           1 t. Spoon

Mix herbs                      1 t. Spoon

Processed cheese       1 t. Spoon


Method


Pesto

In mixture take Basil leaves, cashews, cheese, garlic, salt and mix herbs and cream and make a smooth paste. 


Merination

Take a bowl add paneer, capcicum, onion and tomato, now add pasto and mix all together well, and rest it 30 minutes. 


Now take a griller or non stick pan, add all the tickkas and make it all side for 15,20 min. On midum to high flame, and now it's ready to serve.
