Corn Capcicum Mini Uttapam

 Ingredients:


Suji                          1 cup

Curd                         2 t. Spoon

Salt                           As per taste

Jeera                       1/2 t. Spoon

Water                       1 cup

Oil                             2 t. Spoon

Capcicum                1 medium

Corn                          1 cup

Sambhar masala     1 t. Spoon

Red chilli powder     1 t. Spoon





Method:


For Uttapam batter, take a bowl add suji, curd, salt, jeera and mix all together, now add water for thick consistency and rest it 20min., after 20min. Better will be too thick, so add water for pour consistency, now batter is ready. 

Now take a tava ,hit it on slow flame add oil and spread on tava, now pour a better and on top add capcicum, corn, sambhar masala and red chilli powder, press it and after 1 to 2 min., Flip it, and hit on another side, after then Uttapam is ready to serve.
